E is Everywhere
Electronic business methods and techniques are ubiquitous -- not just in the advanced and affluent countries but increasingly also in emerging markets with limited discretionary incomes. Technology providers as well as policy makers are trying various ways to make technology affordable, pervasive, ubiquitous, and transparent. The thinking is that "if they have it, they will use it."
Business processes are being transformed almost on a weekly basis through the constantly evolving e-business technologies.
In this blog, researchers from the University of Rhode Island (URI) -- faculty as well as students -- examine the impact of e-business technologies on consumers, markets, and organizations. Later, other observers and researchers could join this blog also.

Welcome to this "E-biz" blog.
